FYI…for me, the direct download link gives me chapter 1 and not chapter 4.
The rapidshare link does however give chapter 4.

Okay. I just took a look at the DDL link and your complaint seems to be about nothing. The DDL already has all 4 chapters together.

Yes, that’s right. I noticed that after I actually started reading it. It contains all 4 chapters in one download.
The title says “Ch.4″ so I figured it was chapter 4 and not chapters 1-4.
