June 15, 2009 — SahadouThese are pieces of artwork I’ve commissioned from various artists over the years. I did not draw these myself! In all cases, I try to provide the names and home links for each artist, but there may be certain cases where I simply don’t remember who the artist is or they don’t have a website. If you do recognize their artwork or their signatures, let me know and I’ll update the images with the url to their websites. And for the record, I don’t care if you think all North American artists suck, so keep your angsty, virgin rage to yourself or go get laid. I may update this section with more artwork in the future. I do actually have a considerable amount of artwork left(Gwendolyn artwork in particular), but in most cases, I don’t remember who the artist is.

I wouldn’t really say Minda’s diminutive really constitutes a loli warning, but the pics are good non the less.

It depends. The cheapest one was probably $30, I think. Most expensive was $100, plus a very generous tip. I’m pretty sure most of them hover around $50, though.

Wow Trish did that Midna Pic? No wonder I thought id seen the style before, having been a fan of her Mine’s Bigger webcomic – tho I never knew she did hardcore stuff too. You have good tastes in artists, sir!

Yeah. I’ve been trying to get in touch with her for the past year, but she disappeared off the face of the earth, apparently. I paid her to do an imp version as well, but I haven’t heard from her since Otakon 2008. Hoping to run into her this year.

Don’t have her e-mail address on hand. I typically commission her at conventions so I’ve never been in touch with her by e-mail.

Hello Elise. I didn’t realize you had changed sites.
I didn’t see you at Otakon this year. I’ll send you some high-res scans of the ones you did for me now that I have your contact info. I had trouble splicing one of them together. Since the pages are so big, I had to scan them in 2 or 3 parts.

Looks like you’re wearing your yuri goggles on the Kuro/Shirai thing. BTW, it seems that you do like the things you translate. It’s nice to see you make a living out of something you (and all of us) enjoy.
By the way, Sayo, you should consider changing the blog’s GUI. It’s getting crowded

Yeah. I haven’t gotten any pronos of Kuro/Shirai done, but quite a few pieces of regular artwork. I’ve commissioned some Rin artwork as well, but I’m less pleased with how those turned out. As you can probably guess, Kuro/Shirai are my personal favorite characters of the series.
